(   TELL  ME  WHERE  IT  HURTS   )   they  say.   as  if  it  is  as  simple  as  a  broken  bone   /   hidden  scratch ,    as  if  this  is  a  kind  of  hurt  that  can  be  fixed  with  a  few  doctors  visits.   as  if  i  could  point  and  say  HERE   !   HERE  IS  WHERE  IT  HURTS   !   and  they  could  wipe  it  clean   /   wrap  it  up   /   watch  it  until  it  heals  like  new  again.   if  i  knew  where  it  hurt ,    if  i  knew  how  to  make  it  stop :

                                             DON’T  YOU  THINK  I  WOULD’VE  DONE  IT  BY  NOW?
